Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arsenio Gelacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Arsenio Gelacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Virila hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cumanita getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ovidio Baumar hit a great ball. When Cumanita's Ovidio Baumar in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brown's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Gelacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Tximitx was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After having played for 17 minutes, Arsenio Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cumanita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Gelacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidio Baumar scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Salvadore in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Nel saved Cumanita from getting behind. Eulalio Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Gelacio in the 26th minute of play. When Severo Mazuste fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brown's protests and gave Severo Mazuste a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Brown's Severo Mazuste got a free kick in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Baumar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Tximitx was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Arsenio Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eulalio Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenio Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Tximitx having to interfere. Eulalio Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Baumar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Mazuste got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Brown's Severo Mazuste got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Leandro Roderigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Nel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Eulalio Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Baumar in the 43rd minute of play. When Ovidio Baumar came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Cumanita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Baumar couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Arsenio Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cumanita's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Gelacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eulalio Tximitx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Brown's Eulalio Tximitx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Brown from getting a goal against them. Eulalio Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Baumar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arsenio Gelacio came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Cumanita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Gelacio couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Brown's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arsenio Gelacio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With an all-out effort, Cumanita's Eulalio Tximitx threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ovidio Baumar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eulalio Tximitx made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Arsenio Gelacio sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Baumar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arsenio Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Nel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Virila in the 72nd minute of the match. Arsenio Gelacios short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Eulalio Tximitx to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84th minute, Cumanita's Ovidio Baumar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 90th minute, Ovidio Baumar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Cumanita's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Roderigo came free, but Mariano Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Tximitx didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Cumanita left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brown.
