Nicanor Petri scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Ticho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dionisio Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Bero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Reynaldo Ellande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Fabio Salemme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Papa Roach's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Ellande came free, but Dionisio Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dionisio Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Bero in the 15th minute of the match. Marcelino Guerrero kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, Cosquin Club's Reynaldo Ellande made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Ticho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 30 minutes, Maximiliano Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cosquin Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Bero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dionisio Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Bero in the 33rd minute of play. Papa Roach's Dionisio Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Bero in the 34th minute of play. Albino Fagondo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dionisio Ticho. Papa Roach's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Ellande in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionisio Ticho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Reynaldo Ellande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Maximiliano Bero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Cosquin Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelino Guerrero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Reynaldo Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dionisio Ticho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Bero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Ticho. Papa Roach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Bero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Papa Roach's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Maximiliano Bero scored to the left of an out of position Dionisio Ticho, making the score, 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Cosquin Club's Reynaldo Ellande slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dionisio Ticho. That made the score 0-5 after 68 minutes of play. Dionisio Ticho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Ellande in the 76th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Reynaldo Ellande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papa Roach's Dionisio Ticho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Papa Roach's Marcelino Guerrero got a free kick in the 79th minute. A collision led to Papa Roach getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gervasio Herensuge hit a great ball. Rogelio Jaunzuria charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Jaunzuria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Papa Roach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Jaunzuria to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Maximiliano Bero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Ellande in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionisio Ticho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reynaldo Ellande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Ticho having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Ellande in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Ticho saved Papa Roach from getting behind. After some careless play in the Papa Roach defense, Reynaldo Ellande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Ticho. The Papa Roach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Ticho should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Cosquin Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Papa Roach throughout the match.
