Antonio Sabin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Leguizamón having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Espirillos got a freekick which was hit by Denis Cordara. The audience was convinced that Antonio Sabin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremias Leguizamón was relentless in the 67th minute of the game.
