Spectators: 7391 (Terracing: 5545, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zlatan Palermo started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ildefonso Marin during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Salado FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Marin. In the 5th match minute, Four Horsemen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Goren to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Cordera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Four Horsemen's Zlatan Palermo in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salado FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Zlatan Palermo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ruperto Cordera. When Ildefonso Marin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 12 minutes had been played. After 17 minutes, Zlatan Palermo made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Salado FC's Ruperto Cordera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Severino Roderigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Cordera having to interfere. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Zlatan Palermo sped through Salado FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruperto Cordera. In the 30th minute, Emiliano Artaldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salado FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 33 played minutes Four Horsemen got a freekick which was hit by Severino Roderigo. Ruperto Cordera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zlatan Palermo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 36 minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Salado FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Cordera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zlatan Palermo. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Severino Roderigo took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Ruperto Cordera to make any attempt to save it.

Zlatan Palermo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Cordera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zlatan Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Salado FC's zone, Norberto Lop stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruperto Cordera came out of the goal and Norberto Lop tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Zlatan Palermo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salado FC's Ruperto Cordera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norberto Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Cordera having to interfere. When Four Horsemen's Zlatan Palermo in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Four Horsemen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Emmanuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eustacio Foro fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salado FC's protests and gave Eustacio Foro a yellow card for diving instead. When Aquiles Emmanuel came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Four Horsemen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Emmanuel couldn't finish the play. A hard, long distance shot from Aquiles Emmanuel flew over the goal. Norberto Lop's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Cordera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatan Palermo in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Cordera saved Salado FC from getting behind. Ruperto Cordera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zlatan Palermo's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Lop in the 91st minute of play forced Salado FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Cordera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Four Horsemen were the better team. Four Horsemen's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
