Saul Fagondo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Roman Joseph rounded Bartolito FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Manchester City's Cosme Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Rumaldo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Benicio Acevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bartolito FC's Claudio Fernado got a free kick in the 17th minute. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Bartolito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Fernado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saul Fagondo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Cosme Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bartolito FC. 35 minutes into the match, Camilo Roland notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bartolito FC's Benigno Ederono. Benigno Ederono was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th match minute, Manchester City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Hermon to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Aquiles Rumaldo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Manchester City's Cosme Felipo. Cosme Felipo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aquiles Rumaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. Aquiles Rumaldo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cosme Felipo came out and tried to block the shot, but Aquiles Rumaldo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 51st minute. In the 56th minute of the match Prospero Gutxi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Ederono showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Saul Fagondo's late challenge caught a Manchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saul Fagondo helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Bartolito FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Fagondo. Aquiles Rumaldo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With an all-out effort, Bartolito FC's Cosme Felipo threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquiles Rumaldo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute Bartolito FC were awarded a corner. Arsenio Feliz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Bartolito FC's Aquiles Rumaldo to a score. 2-3 in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goalkeeper Cosme Felipo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Acevedo. Benicio Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manchester City's Cosme Felipo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Manchester City from getting a goal against them. Aquiles Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Felipo having to interfere. Camilo Roland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolito FC played a much better game than Manchester City and deserved their victory. The Manchester City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
