Tadeo Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Raymon having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Xabel during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fausto Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Cirilo Madaleno came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the MerylStreep fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Madaleno couldn't finish the play. Teo Hunfredo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, MerylStreep's Tadeo Gau dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Güemes AFC's Roque Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Gau in the 19th minute of play. Tadeo Gau might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roque Raymon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Gau ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 minutes into the match, Teo Hunfredo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Güemes AFC's Roque Raymon. Roque Raymon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute of the match Ás No sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Raymon skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MerylStreep's zone, Jorge Fanuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guter Spieler came out of the goal and Jorge Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cirilo Madaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeo Gau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Roque Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Justo Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeo Gau to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, MerylStreep's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Sidoro came free, but Guter Spieler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Güemes AFC's goalkeeper Roque Raymon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Tadeo Gau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cirilo Madaleno got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Roque Raymon was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Roque Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. MerylStreep's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Güemes AFC the free kick. Roque Raymon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Cirilo Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roque Raymon came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by MerylStreep's Tadeo Gau. But to his dismay, Tadeo Gau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When Ramiro Bakar came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Güemes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Bakar couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the MerylStreep players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
