In the 11th match minute, Sastre AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Olando to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Alhof was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Sastre AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Pasternak FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Iliana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute of the match, Virgilio Lonzo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oscar Alhof was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Ted during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pasternak FC's Bruno Caton couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sastre AFC. Oscar Alhof made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Virgilio Lonzo sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Guib in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Fidele saved Sastre AFC from getting behind. Francisco Ted kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Pasternak FC's Bruno Caton broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sastre AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
