Norberto Salamon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Pelayo having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Frascuelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Salamon in the 56th minute of play forced Los Varones F.C.'s goalkeeper Emiliano Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venancio Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Emiliano Pelayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Los Varones F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Angel Sandalio. Benjamin Garaile scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorenzo Cisco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emiliano Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Artaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Salamon during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Trevor FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Norberto Salamon hit a great ball. Emiliano Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Artaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Los Varones F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Saverio Eutor hit a great ball. Emiliano Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Salamon in the 85th minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, Trevor FC's Venancio Artaldo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Pelayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Norberto Salamon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emiliano Pelayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Trevor FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
