Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fulgencio Cidro took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Venancio Artaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Gamus was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Recreo's Iker George got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Recreo's Cornelio Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Artaldo in the 26th minute of play. Cornelio Gamus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Salamon in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Recreo's zone, Norberto Salamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Gamus came out of the goal and Norberto Salamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Venancio Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Cidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lorenzo Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Artaldo was the one to do the kick off. After 67 minutes, Nereo Rivero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trevor FC and the Recreo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulgencio Cidro in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Cisco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 76 minutes, Norberto Salamon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trevor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Salamon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trevor FC fully deserved thier win.
