Chinurris Murris's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ernesto Harri hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Conrado Suero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomiro Nerio having to make a save. If Marcos Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Baldomiro Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Millano in the 47th minute of play forced Chinurris Murris's goalkeeper Baldomiro Nerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marcos Millano made the kick off in the second half. When Saturnino Crispo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Chinurris Murris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Crispo couldn't finish the play. Cornelio Quinton came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Chinurris Murris's Saturnino Crispo. But to his dismay, Saturnino Crispo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 60 minutes into the match, Chinurris Murris's goalkeeper Baldomiro Nerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Millano. 62 minutes in the game, Marcos Millano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baldomiro Nerio having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Duendes Club's Baldomiro Nerio threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcos Millano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ernesto Harri's late challenge caught a Chinurris Murris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Harri helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 minutes of play Chinurris Murris's Saturnino Crispo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 73rd minute, Saturnino Crispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Suero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Nerio made a huge save. Vicente Dominguez struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cornelio Quinton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinurris Murris. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Vicente Dominguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chinurris Murris's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Dominguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Quinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vicente Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
