After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Julian Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tusquitas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Ferman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Selmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Julian Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Ferman in the 15th minute of play forced Maxibe's goalkeeper Lorenzo Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Selmo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damaso Abilio went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lorenzo Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Selmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Maxibe got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Egoitz. Lorenzo Selmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Tusquitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Errolan came free, but Casimiro Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benjamin Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th play minute Benjamin Saturnin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Casimiro Virila. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Tusquitas FC booed when Maxibe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Egoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Damaso Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Errolan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Virila having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Tusquitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Cordarius. After having played for 68 minutes, Julian Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tusquitas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Ferman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 played minutes Maxibe got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Egoitz. The long shot by Astor Bidari in the 71st minute really tested Lorenzo Selmo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Lorenzo Selmo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Ferman's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Tusquitas FC's Casimiro Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Saturnin in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Gonzalo Havier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Segundo Eduino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lorenzo Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Julian Ferman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tusquitas FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Maxibe to leave the ground with a draw.
