Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benjamin Cuartio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Sportivo Villa Salas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Chico to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Laureano Gudesteo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Gudesteo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisito Goiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Union's Ismael Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Cuartio in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Antonio Segio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Ioritz in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Mede prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 13 played minutes Union got a freekick which was hit by Christian Ikatz. In the 14th minute Bernardo Ioritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Villa Salas's Leonel Emesto got a free kick in the 17th minute. Luisito Goiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Gabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bernardo Ioritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ismael Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Desiderio Gabon made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jaime Brun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Ioritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ismael Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Sportivo Villa Salas got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Chico. If Desiderio Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Bernardo Ioritz could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Ismael Mede however easily saved by the left post. In the 72ndth minute of the game Benjamin Cuartio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Union's Ismael Mede was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Union's Ismael Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Union from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Union getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Hipolito Frederik hit a great ball. Edelmiro Librado, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 78th minute, Union's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benjamin Cuartio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Sportivo Villa Salas's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Gabon came free, but Luisito Goiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Mede stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Ioritz's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Cuartio in the 87th minute of play forced Union's goalkeeper Ismael Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 minutes of play, Union's Desiderio Gabon made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisito Goiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jaime Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Villa Salas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
