The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Niceto Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Daunte in the 7th minute of play. Amancio Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Janpier having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nico fc's zone, Luis Umbruso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Janpier came out of the goal and Luis Umbruso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes Luis Umbruso rounded Nico fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Niceto Janpier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Kiliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Raitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Raitin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niceto Janpier having to make a save. Amancio Kiliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Niceto Janpier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Erasmo Daunte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Janpier was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Erasmo Daunte might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Janpier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Daunte ran back to his position shaking his head. Constantino Alfonso made in the 42nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Geronimo Evangelista. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Amancio Kiliz took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Niceto Janpier to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amancio Kiliz to make the kick off. Niceto Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Gelacio in the 52nd minute of play. Erasmo Daunte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Janpier having to interfere. In the 56th minute Amancio Kiliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Daunte in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nico fc's Mauricio Donio got a free kick in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Argy Liberty lions's Amancio Kiliz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roberto Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Janpier having to interfere. Luis Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Janpier having to interfere. Niceto Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Gelacio in the 70th minute of the match. If Luis Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Daunte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Niceto Janpier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Argy Liberty lions's Erasmo Daunte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Erasmo Daunte fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argy Liberty lions's protests and gave Erasmo Daunte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Argy Liberty lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Daunte to maneuver through the defense. Anier Quinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anier Quinto in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eliseo Pinto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erasmo Daunte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Daunte might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Janpier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Daunte ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Argy Liberty lions booed when Nico fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Tximitx didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Amancio Kiliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argy Liberty lions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Kiliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Gelacio in the 91st minute of play forced Nico fc's goalkeeper Niceto Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Argy Liberty lions's Erasmo Daunte got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Luis Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Argy Liberty lions fully deserved thier win.
