When Filiberto Rivas fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chañarense's protests and gave Filiberto Rivas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chañarense getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Filiberto Rivas hit a great ball. When Aureliano Laffitte fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abandoné - Me cansé's protests and gave Aureliano Laffitte a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Toribio in the 16th minute of play forced Abandoné - Me cansé's goalkeeper Isaias Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Leonides Librado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Conrado Txerran saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Norberto Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Donato Corderro struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Isaias Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañarense. In the 37th minute, Donato Corderro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Filiberto Rivas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaias Marques was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Donato Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filiberto Rivas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Toribio might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Toribio ran back to his position shaking his head. Isaias Marques came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Chañarense's Filiberto Rivas. But to his dismay, Filiberto Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Chañarense's Filiberto Rivas in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Chañarense's Conrado Txerran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Criston in the 75th minute of play. When Jorge Toribio came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Chañarense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Toribio couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute Donato Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Leonides Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Txerran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Toribio in the 88th minute of play forced Abandoné - Me cansé's goalkeeper Isaias Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fermin Criston charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermin Criston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Abandoné - Me cansé getting a freekick after 91 minutes play.
