Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marcelino Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Albano Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Tabor having to interfere. Arboledas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lino Montes in the 26th minute. Arboledas FC's Lino Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fernando Maria in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fernando Maria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Federigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Boniel charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnoldo Boniel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Huascha's Arnoldo Boniel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Edelmiro Pirro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edelmiro Pirro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Fernando Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Federigo made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Huascha got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Jakue. Fernando Maria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Lino Montes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Huascha's Fernando Maria didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Huascha defense, Julio Federigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Maria. The Huascha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Maria should have stopped the shot. Huascha's Fernando Maria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Pirro in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Julio Federigo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fernando Maria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Edelmiro Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Tabor having to interfere. Arnoldo Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Arboledas FC's goalkeeper Gavino Tabor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Thomas. Albano Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Tabor having to interfere. Arboledas FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
