Agustin Montrel started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Cangrejillos got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Erlantz. In the 7th minute, Angelino Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Urtungo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelino Machado got free with Hipolito Balendin in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Urtungo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Montrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Julian Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Urtungo having to interfere. Fabian Urtungo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Vistruario in the 23rd minute of the match. Julian Vistruario struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Fabian Urtungo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cangrejillos. Cangrejillos's Julian Vistruario got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Urtungo having to interfere. Julian Vistruario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Fabian Urtungo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Agustin Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Balendin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelino Machado went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Diagur was the one to do the kick off. Rafael Diagur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Balendin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Fabian Urtungo made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Julian Vistruario sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in N.G. PANTERAS's zone, Agustin Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Urtungo came out of the goal and Agustin Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agustin Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fabian Urtungo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in N.G. PANTERAS's zone, Julian Vistruario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Urtungo came out of the goal and Julian Vistruario tried to chip the ball over his head. Cangrejillos's Hipolito Balendin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Diagur in the 83rd minute of play. Agustin Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fabian Urtungo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cangrejillos's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because N.G. PANTERAS had won, even though Cangrejillos had held more of the ball.
