Hector Larra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, Escalante's Isidoro Dunixi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Larra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Justo Quintan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. N.O.B Heat Junior's Camilo Rico couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Escalante. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Pudes was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by N.O.B Heat Junior's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Justo Quintan was slow to take the kick. During this time Escalante's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Isidoro Dunixi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. If Isidoro Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Dunixi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. In the 70th minute, Carlos Tebaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justo Quintan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinicio Furtado made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Carlos Tebaldo sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Isidoro Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Larra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Justo Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of Escalante booed when N.O.B Heat Junior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
