Vinicio Furtado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeo Geofredo spun around in front of the goal 11 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Centro Materiales's goal. Isidoro Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Inocencio Rosalio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escalante. 21 minutes into the match, Centro Materiales's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Quintan came free, but Inocencio Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justo Quintan might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Rosalio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justo Quintan ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynaldo Frascuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Escalante was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Joseph to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Eriberto Egoi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinicio Furtado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Centro Materiales's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isidoro Dunixi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Justo Quintan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Rosalio having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justo Quintan to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Justo Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escalante's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Quintan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Anselmo Joseph fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escalante's protests and gave Anselmo Joseph a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Escalante got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Joseph. Vinicio Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Indalecio in the 59th minute of play. Inocencio Rosalio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Quintan went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute Isidoro Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Cedro hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Isidoro Dunixi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Centro Materiales's Inocencio Rosalio. Inocencio Rosalio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Escalante booed when Centro Materiales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inocencio Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Quintan, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Centro Materiales's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Quintan came free, but Inocencio Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Escalante fans cheered their team off the field, for while Centro Materiales had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
