Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Justo Quintan kicked off to start the match. When Justo Quintan came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Escalante fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justo Quintan couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Defensa y Justicia defense, Tadeo Geofredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Donostia. The Defensa y Justicia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Donostia should have stopped the shot. Isidoro Dunixi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Manuel Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Defensa y Justicia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ambrosio Jurdan hit a great ball. Americo Lano kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Isidoro Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Dunixi in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Silvio Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Dunixi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Manuel Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Amancio Bernard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Quintan in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Defensa y Justicia's Americo Lano got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute, Isidoro Dunixi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Justo Quintan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensa y Justicia's Manuel Donostia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danilo Onbera hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Silvio Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Defensa y Justicia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Escalante were winning 0-2.

Isidoro Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vinicio Furtado came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensa y Justicia's Ramon Iturri. But to his dismay, Ramon Iturri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Isidoro Dunixi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Manuel Donostia made a huge save. Silvio Pello charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvio Pello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Defensa y Justicia's Silvio Pello got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Joaquin Resto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Escalante's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Onbera came free, but Vinicio Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Donostia having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Tadeo Geofredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Donostia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The audience was convinced that Justo Quintan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Donostia was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Ramon Iturri hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Escalante could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Defensa y Justicia throughout the match.
