Severino Quintana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manuel Donostia firmly grabbed it by the left post. Elvio Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Donostia having to interfere. Defensa y Justicia's Manuel Donostia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Defensa y Justicia from getting a goal against them. After 10 played minutes Defensa y Justicia got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Iturri. Benito Indar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Manuel Donostia made a huge save. Benjamin Endira's late challenge caught a Irons United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Endira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Defensa y Justicia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Benjamin Endira hit a great ball. Manuel Donostia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Indar in the 24th minute. Manuel Donostia was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Elvio Hori capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elvio Hori really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Benito Indar in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Manuel Donostia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 37 minutes into the game, Elvio Hori recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Donostia. Elvio Hori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When Irons United's Benito Indar in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defensa y Justicia's goalie prevented a goal. Nunez Ilazki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Quintana got free with Manuel Donostia in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Onbera was the one to do the kick off. When Irons United's Nunez Ilazki in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 64 played minutes Defensa y Justicia got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Jurdan. 67 minutes into the match, Elvio Hori notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Defensa y Justicia's Manuel Donostia. Manuel Donostia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72nd minute, Irons United's Fernando Hartz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fernando Hartz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Irons United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fernando Hartz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Irons United getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Fernando Hartz hit a great ball. When Danilo Onbera fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defensa y Justicia's protests and gave Danilo Onbera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Defensa y Justicia getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Danilo Onbera hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Defensa y Justicia defense, Emanuel Galeno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Donostia. The Defensa y Justicia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Donostia should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Benito Indar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Manuel Donostia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Indar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Donostia having to make a save. Benito Indar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Manuel Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
