Club Atlético Huracán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Javiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the AFBP Los Troncos defense, Patricio Virila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidro Cordeara. The AFBP Los Troncos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidro Cordeara should have stopped the shot. Isidro Cordeara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Virila went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Baltasar Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The AFBP Los Troncos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Huracán were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Loramendi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes AFBP Los Troncos got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Palban. 54 minutes into the match, Bernardino Umea sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Isidro Cordeara threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Bernardino Umea this time. Club Atlético Huracán's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Virila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Cordeara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, AFBP Los Troncos's goalkeeper Isidro Cordeara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Javiar. Thanks to some nice moves Baltasar Javiar could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Isidro Cordeara however easily saved by the left post. Patricio Virila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Cordeara having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Huracán left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFBP Los Troncos.
