PIO IX de Almagro's Romeo Botello got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nunez Birila was a little too slow when Diego Herrera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-1. Celso Beltxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Birila having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Herrera in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Birila saved Capdeville FC from getting behind. When Narciso Aznar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capdeville FC's protests and gave Narciso Aznar a yellow card for diving instead. Narciso Aznar hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match.
