In the 9th match minute, Big Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 11 minutes, Zacarias Lastur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desaguadero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Lastur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Paul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zacarias Lastur went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Lastur in the 18th minute of play forced Big Tigers's goalkeeper Dario Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Big Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Gilesindo. Roque Osoro hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute of the match Desaguadero got a corner. Big Tigers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcial Ishmael ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Desaguadero's Marcial Ishmael to fire away a dangerous shot which Dario Paul despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Celio to make the kick off. Zacarias Lastur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Paul having to make a save. Dario Paul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zacarias Lastur's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After having played for 57 minutes, Laureano Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Celio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Big Tigers's Pablo Argi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Rosalio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Rudolfo in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dario Paul, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 75th minute, Pedro Rudolfo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Big Tigers's zone, Zacarias Lastur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Paul came out of the goal and Zacarias Lastur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pablo Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Candido Mannie kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Pablo Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. Pedro Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Paul having to interfere. Pablo Argi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Desaguadero's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Celio came free, but Danilo Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Laureano Celio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Big Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Desaguadero the free kick. After a rather tough play, Desaguadero's Candido Mannie got a free kick in the 98th minute.
