Nunez Birila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Argi's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Dario Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Felipe Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Furman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nunez Birila came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Big Tigers's Laureano Celio. But to his dismay, Laureano Celio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Roque Osoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Big Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capdeville FC the free kick. Roque Osoro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Nunez Birila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laureano Celio's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Felipe Francho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Paul having to interfere. Felipe Francho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Roque Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Laureano Celio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Celio in the 45th minute of play forced Capdeville FC's goalkeeper Nunez Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Capdeville FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Big Tigers were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Furman to make the kick off. Felipe Francho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dario Paul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felipe Francho came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Capdeville FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Francho couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes, Capdeville FC's Melchor Eufemio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dario Paul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Capdeville FC reached it. After some careless play in the Big Tigers defense, Felipe Francho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dario Paul. The Big Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Paul should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute Alvaro Furman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Alvaro Furman had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Miguel Odon kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Felipe Francho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Argi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Birila having to interfere. Felipe Francho might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Paul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Francho ran back to his position shaking his head. The Big Tigers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
