When Alfonso Oier came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Cestos y Canastas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Oier couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores Mansilla FC's zone, Alfonso Oier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Gomesano came out of the goal and Alfonso Oier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carolo Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Amador Ihintza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Edgardo Guillelmus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliberto Galoer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adan Resto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cestos y Canastas's Amador Ihintza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Claus in the 39th minute of play. Carolo Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Ihintza having to interfere. Edgardo Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edgardo Guillelmus came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Defensores Mansilla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Guillelmus couldn't finish the play. Everardo Gomesano made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Feliberto Galoer sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th match minute, Cestos y Canastas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Sol to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Guillelmus spun around in front of the goal 72 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cestos y Canastas's goal. Ubaldo Tono kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Cestos y Canastas's Alfonso Oier got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edgardo Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
