An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Claus in the 4th minute of play forced Viedma AFC's goalkeeper Augusto Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Defensores Mansilla FC got a corner. Viedma AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Maju ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 7 played minutes Viedma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Eutropio. The corner ended in Eduardo Maju almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Viedma AFC's Augusto Rosio did a great save. Pascual Clemencin struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Everardo Gomesano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viedma AFC. Everardo Harkaitz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Pascual Clemencin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carolo Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Augusto Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascual Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Defensores Mansilla FC's Everardo Gomesano got control of the ball when Rogelio Hunfredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Edgardo Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pascual Clemencin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Everardo Gomesano came out and tried to block the shot, but Pascual Clemencin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 40th minute. Everardo Gomesano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Erroman in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute Rogelio Hunfredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Rogelio Hunfredo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Defensores Mansilla FC's Everardo Gomesano. Everardo Gomesano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgardo Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Defensores Mansilla FC's Everardo Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Clemencin in the 79th minute of play. Ciriaco Abreu's late challenge caught a Defensores Mansilla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Viedma AFC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ciriaco Abreu hit a great ball. After 86th play minutes Edgardo Guillelmus shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Augusto Rosio and just under the crossbar into goal. Pascual Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Viedma AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Defensores Mansilla FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
