Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Antonangeli started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fabio Antonangeli sped through Porvenir's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruperto Chuse. After 18 minutes Porvenir's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amador Gartxot who took care of the corner kick. Franco Canadiense FC's Dario Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Barbosa in the 19th minute of play. Fabio Antonangeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Marcelo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Franco Canadiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Barbosa came free, but Dario Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Chuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Antonangeli in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Antonangeli in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Chuse saved Porvenir from getting behind. Ruperto Chuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Santio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Antonangeli in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Chuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 47 minutes on the clock, Severino Eriz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 46th minute, one of Porvenir:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Porvenir. The Porvenir players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Franco Canadiense FC were winning 0-2.

After having played for 56 minutes, Fabio Antonangeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Franco Canadiense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Antonangeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Porvenir's Geronimo Udalaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Herrera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Leon Ursino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A beautiful save bye Porvenir's goalie prevented a goal. Fabio Antonangeli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Ruperto Chuse made a huge save. Fabio Antonangeli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Franco Canadiense FC's Fabio Antonangeli in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Porvenir's goalie prevented a goal. Ruperto Chuse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Antonangeli's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Miguel Natal kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Franco Canadiense FC defense, Geronimo Udalaitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dario Herrera. The Franco Canadiense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Herrera should have stopped the shot. Fabio Antonangeli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ruperto Chuse firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fabio Antonangeli made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 96thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ruperto Chuse would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Ruperto Chuse acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 98th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Severo Urtun. The Porvenir fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Franco Canadiense FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
