Efrain Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Edgardo Cambranes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores RAE. After having played for 6 minutes, Gilberto Medero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nothingham Miedo F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Medero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Adolfo Formerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Gilberto Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Eneto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Jakes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Cornelio Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilberto Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Ernesto Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Dunixi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Cambranes having to make a save. Edgardo Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Dunixi in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Defensores RAE's goalkeeper Cornelio Eneto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Jakes. After having played for 28 minutes, Efrain Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores RAE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Dunixi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Julio Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores RAE's zone, Gilberto Medero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Eneto came out of the goal and Gilberto Medero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hipolito Santio hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Julio Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Chinto's late challenge caught a Defensores RAE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Chinto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nothingham Miedo F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Cristo Chinto hit a great ball. If Ernesto Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 48 minutes, Esteban Nuñez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nothingham Miedo F.C. and the Defensores RAE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Nothingham Miedo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cornelio Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Medero, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Fausto Favila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Efrain Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores RAE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Dunixi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Nothingham Miedo F.C. booed when Defensores RAE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Medero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Cornelio Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Raymond in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Cambranes saved Nothingham Miedo F.C. from getting behind. After having played for 73 minutes, Ernesto Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores RAE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Efrain Dunixi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Cambranes. Nothingham Miedo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efrain Dunixi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Defensores RAE's Cornelio Eneto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Jakes in the 79th minute of play. Efrain Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Raymond did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Edgardo Cambranes 86 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Victorino Malvin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cornelio Eneto skillfully saved the ball. Defensores RAE's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
