Emanuel Eudoxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Martxelin having to interfere. The supporters of Mercedes booed when Bariloche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Handi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Jusepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Haritzeder in the 11th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Mercedes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Ereinotz to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Jusepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Rami in the 20th minute of the match. If Higinio Manni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbano Jusepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Gurutz in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bariloche's zone, Emanuel Eudoxio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Martxelin came out of the goal and Emanuel Eudoxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bariloche's Vinicio Handi got a free kick in the 31st minute. Mauricio Martxelin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Eudoxio in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Bariloche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Handi to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Bariloche's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Eudoxio came free, but Mauricio Martxelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Manni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mauricio Martxelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Gurutz was the one to do the kick off. Emanuel Eudoxio scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Martxelin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teobaldo Rami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mercedes booed when Bariloche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Gonzales didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emanuel Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Bernaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Mercedes's Melchor Jakes got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute Emanuel Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes, Vinicio Handi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bariloche and the Mercedes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bariloche's Vinicio Handi got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Higinio Manni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Bariloche's Fidel Gurutz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urbano Jusepe. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Haritzeder got free with Urbano Jusepe in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Handi in the 92nd minute of play forced Mercedes's goalkeeper Urbano Jusepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Martxelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Mauricio Martxelin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Bariloche left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mercedes.
