Anier Guib could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Hilario Ellande made a huge save. Jimeno Frasquito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Ellande having to make a save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Frasquito couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimeno Frasquito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Raymon in the 90th minute of play forced EMI PUNK ROCK FC's goalkeeper Generoso Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Jimeno Frasquito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ubaldo Fliz might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Ellande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Fliz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 96 minutes, Hernan Raymon mouthed his way into the referee's book.
