Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Martin Iliana got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Trapalcó getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Rodrigo Reyes hit a great ball. Fausto Richie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Isadore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Martin Iliana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th minute, Martin Iliana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sotelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 19th minute, Martin Iliana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Fausto Richie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dionisio Isadore. Fausto Richie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 25 played minutes Sotelo got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Dei. Sotelo's Dionisio Isadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Richie in the 29th minute of play. Julio Beliran charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Beliran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Beliran hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sotelo booed when Trapalcó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Peruxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Dei in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Fausto Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trapalcó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Richie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fausto Richie struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Dionisio Isadore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trapalcó. Celestino Lore kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Trapalcó getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Carlos Berasko hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes, Sotelo's Ricardo Dei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fausto Bazkoare came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sotelo reached it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Richie was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Berasko in the 51st minute of play forced Sotelo's goalkeeper Dionisio Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Sotelo's Ciro Unax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Bazkoare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Martin Iliana rounded Trapalcó's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. 70 minutes into the game, Mauro Fresco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trapalcó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sotelo the free kick. A collision led to Trapalcó getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Mauro Fresco hit a great ball. In the 71st minute of the match Ricardo Dei shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Bazkoare showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Trapalcó's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Iliana came free, but Fausto Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Bazkoare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Iliana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dionisio Isadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Richie in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Iliana in the 80th minute of play forced Trapalcó's goalkeeper Fausto Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Teodoro Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Unax got free with Fausto Bazkoare in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 93 played minutes Trapalcó got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Fresco. In the 96th minute of the match, Martin Iliana tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fausto Bazkoare saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
