Martin Iliana started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute of the match Ricardo Dei shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Jobo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Blue & White's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Iliana came free, but Rafael Jobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Blue & White was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Selatse to maneuver through the defense. After 14 played minutes, Sotelo's Ricardo Dei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafael Jobo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sotelo reached it. Blue & White's Lorenzo Selatse got his second yellow card of the match in the 17th minute. The referee ordered Lorenzo Selatse off the ground. Blue & White's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Martin Iliana scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Jobo, making the score, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Filomeno Emmanuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue & White fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Martin Iliana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Jobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Iliana in the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, Blue & White's Rafael Jobo got control of the ball when Ciro Unax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apolo Quinto hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Ciro Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Filomeno Emmanuel made the kick off in the second half. Martin Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Jobo having to interfere. Rafael Jobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Unax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Martin Iliana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Jobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, German Lonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Sotelo's corner Ricardo Dei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rafael Jobo quite easily take care of the ball. Dionisio Isadore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Emmanuel in the 67th minute. Rafael Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Sotelo's Martin Iliana in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blue & White's goalie prevented a goal. Baldomiro Ortzi hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Rafael Jobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Dei in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Martin Iliana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ciro Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sotelo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
