Maximino Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Austin in the 4th minute of the match. If Feliberto Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Rey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Austin's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Gonzalo Hermon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Bazil's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes, Faustino Ralondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celina CF and the Facha Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Celina CF getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Faustino Ralondo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Facha Futbol Club's Emilio Mancio tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Celina CF's Gonzalo Hermon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Bazil in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Facha Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Danel to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Emiliano Cordearo in the 24th minute really tested Maximino Rey's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Emiliano Cordearo shot a hard long shot which touched the left pole and just rolled over the goal line behind Maximino Rey. 24 minutes into the game was 1-1. Jaime Bazil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gonzalo Hermon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jaime Bazil came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Facha Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Bazil couldn't finish the play. Feliberto Jax could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Maximino Rey made a huge save. Cosme Danel hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Facha Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maximino Rey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliberto Jax. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Austin to make the kick off. In the 51st play minute Celedonio Txomin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gonzalo Hermon. 1-2. Jaime Bazil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzalo Hermon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. If Celedonio Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 68 minutes, Jaime Bazil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Facha Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Bazil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Facha Futbol Club booed when Celina CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Euloxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Jaime Bazil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Facha Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Bazil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Hermon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute Jaime Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Hermon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Bazil in the 84th minute of play forced Celina CF's goalkeeper Gonzalo Hermon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Facha Futbol Club booed when Celina CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Emilio Mancio in the 86th minute really tested Gonzalo Hermon's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jaime Bazil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Hermon having to interfere. When the match was over Facha Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Celina CF throughout the match.
