With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Chucho in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicasio Arnalt saved Molinari from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in San Francesco de Almagro's zone, Cesar Oihan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Cordeiro came out of the goal and Cesar Oihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cesar Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molinari's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Oihan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Pascual Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Tome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Higinio Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesar Oihan struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Higinio Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Molinari. Higinio Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Oihan in the 32nd minute of play. When Pascual Chucho came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the San Francesco de Almagro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Chucho couldn't finish the play. Teobaldo Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Cordeiro having to interfere. Molinari's Nicasio Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Nesto in the 41st minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Oihan made a kick off. Higinio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Oihan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Molinari. Benicio Ruisko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Higinio Cordeiro. 1-1. Pascual Chuchos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Nicasio Arnalt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. San Francesco de Almagro's Higinio Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Oihan in the 87th minute of play. Cesar Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, San Francesco de Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Oihan came free, but Higinio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
