After some careless play in the Los Depas FC defense, Benedicto Cresconio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixto Millan. The Los Depas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixto Millan should have stopped the shot. Celso Senio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Venancio Milio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sixto Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Cresconio in the 20th minute of the match. After 22 minutes, Pablo Mateus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Depas FC and the Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Los Depas FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Mateus. Ivan Chuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Senios short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Venancio Milio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sixto Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Sugoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When Ivan Chuse came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Los Depas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Chuse couldn't finish the play. In the 60thth minute of the game Celso Senio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independiente's Venancio Milio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sixto Millan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedicto Cresconio in the 62nd minute. Venancio Milio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Senio in the 63rd minute of the match. Celso Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Milio having to interfere. Ivan Chuse took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Milio. Venancio Milio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 75 played minutes Los Depas FC got a freekick which was hit by German Oton. Los Depas FC's attentive Nereo Mel managed to snatch the ball when Generoso Pes made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Celso Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Milio having to interfere. Venancio Milio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ivan Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Depas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
