Cayetano Paz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Pastor Guifre fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anier Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cayetano Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, C. A. Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Salvator came free, but Cayetano Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Anier Salvator came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the No Hay Equipo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Salvator couldn't finish the play. No Hay Equipo FC's Carmelo Hitz got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Pastor Guifre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Lorencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, No Hay Equipo FC's Hipolito Rioja got a free kick in the 51st minute. Javier Ranolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Lorencio having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Ladislao Lordi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. No Hay Equipo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Academia the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Academia's zone, Carmelo Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Paz came out of the goal and Carmelo Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81stth minute of the game Javier Ranolfo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but No Hay Equipo FC's Ceferino Lorencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd match minute, No Hay Equipo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Alonso to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, C. A. Academia's Saverio Tino got a free kick in the 85th minute. Carmelo Hitz struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cayetano Paz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for No Hay Equipo FC. Saverio Tino hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match.
