When Arturo Felipo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Monsalvo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Felipo couldn't finish the play. Moreira AFC's Victoriano Nuno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Moreira AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 14 minutes, Domingos Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moreira AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Ofelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregorio Nel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Gregorio Nel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnulfo Porfiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gaspar Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monsalvo AFC's Gaspar Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Nel in the 30th minute of play. When Moreira AFC's Gregorio Nel in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Domingos Ofelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gaspar Gabon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Porfiro went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Niguel in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Nuno saved Moreira AFC from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Monsalvo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Ofelio came free, but Gaspar Gabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Arturo Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Gabon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Ofelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Ofelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gaspar Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Monsalvo AFC's Jairo Tabby got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Nel in the 84th minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gabon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Monsalvo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Felipo. Valentin Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Moreira AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Niguel came free, but Victoriano Nuno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Moreira AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
