Spectators: 6250 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lino Mero got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Mero in the 12th minute of play forced Real Moretti FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Txaran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jesus Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcelino Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Moretti FC's protests and gave Marcelino Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. If Jesus Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Real Moretti FC's Anselmo Txaran got control of the ball when Jesus Claus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonas Gartzen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Severo Vincente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricios FC's Severo Vincente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Gartzen in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Real Moretti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Mero came free, but Anselmo Txaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Lino Mero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patricios FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 33 played minutes Real Moretti FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Bazkoare. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Lino Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Mero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Txaran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jesus Claus might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Txaran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jesus Claus ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute, Anastasio Montxo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Moretti FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anastasio Montxo to strike the kick off in the second half. Real Moretti FC's Jonas Gartzen got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricios FC's Severo Vincente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Montxo in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Patricios FC's Damian Beltran got a free kick in the 56th minute. Anastasio Montxo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Severo Vincente when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 64th minute Jesus Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Txaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Mero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Lino Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Mero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Jonas Gartzen came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Real Moretti FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Gartzen couldn't finish the play. Jesus Claus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Txaran having to make a save. Jonas Gartzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Vincente having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Moretti FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Patricios FC.
