Mauro Meder was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. C A San Miguel's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 62 minutes into the match, Mauro Meder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clodoveo Jakes. La Fusta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Meder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 2-3 became the score in the 75th minute when Rene Osoitz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arnoldo Goren struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Nunez Cordara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Fusta FC. Clodoveo Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Meder in the 81st minute of play.
