To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Santiago Mirande charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Mirande the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, C A San Miguel's Ildefonso Dimo tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nunez Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Erdiano in the 19th minute of the match. Nunez Cordara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustaquio Iliana's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Mauro Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Fidel Montrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Tximitx got free with Fidel Montrel in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteban Tximitx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fidel Montrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Montrel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Tximitx in the 34th minute. Ildefonso Dimo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fidel Montrel. Cuervada FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Serafin Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Cordara having to interfere. Nunez Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Mauro Meder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustaquio Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Cordara having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafin Erdiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 0-1 became the score in the 53rd minute when Serafin Erdiano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eustaquio Iliana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Mirande was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Serafin Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Cordara having to interfere. C A San Miguel's Nunez Cordara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Iliana in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Eustaquio Iliana fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nunez Cordara, passed just outside the right post. Cuervada FC's Serafin Erdiano got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rene Osoitz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Iliana's late challenge caught a C A San Miguel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustaquio Iliana helped the player get up and apologised. Hermengildo Orlondon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The C A San Miguel fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cuervada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
