Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 100) Rene Iratxo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd match minute, WaLeros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Lopes to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Laferrere FC booed when WaLeros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Rene Iratxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Laferrere FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Rene Iratxo hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Laferrere FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mauricio Lopes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 20 minutes, Rene Iratxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laferrere FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Iratxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. WaLeros's Siro Bembe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Iratxo in the 22nd minute of play. Ovidio Eguntsenti charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidio Eguntsenti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Laferrere FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Eguntsenti. Lucas Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cleto Orlin made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mauricio Lopes sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauricio Lopes got free with Cleto Orlin in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Siro Bembe came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Laferrere FC's Eriberto Venceslas. But to his dismay, Eriberto Venceslas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fausto Caitano's late challenge caught a Laferrere FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Caitano helped the player get up and apologised. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Perez to make the kick off. Eriberto Venceslas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Siro Bembe having to make a save. 58 minutes into the game, Cristian Nahia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WaLeros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laferrere FC the free kick. In the 59th minute of the match Gonzalo Berto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Bembe skillfully saved the ball. If Cristian Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Rene Iratxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Perez in the 69th minute of play forced Laferrere FC's goalkeeper Cleto Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. WaLeros's Baltasar Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind WaLeros's goalkeeper Siro Bembe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rene Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th match minute, WaLeros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Caitano to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Rene Iratxo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Siro Bembe. The goal made the score 0-2. Siro Bembe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Laferrere FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
