The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Bixintxo helped the player get up and apologised. Eriberto Venceslas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Danel having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The supporters of Laferrere FC booed when Alumbrera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Danel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Venceslas in the 70th minute. Eriberto Venceslas in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
