Leopoldo Osasun started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute, Robustiano Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Koko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Osasun came free, but Teofilo Kauldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Cordearo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofilo Kauldi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Mar.16's Alejo Cordearo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teofilo Kauldi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teofilo Kauldi made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Alejo Cordearo sent off a good shot on target. Mar.16's Leopoldo Osasun got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilo Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Osasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejo Cordearo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Teofilo Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mar.16's zone, Melchor Ekaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Leoncio came out of the goal and Melchor Ekaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melchor Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Koko FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Teofilo Kauldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Cordearo in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Lucio Telesforo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Leoncio. Mar.16's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Telesforo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 61st minute, Lucio Telesforo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 played minutes Koko FC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Efraim. Teofilo Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Osasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Leoncio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Ekaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The Mar.16 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Koko FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Koko FC.
