Tacural's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giuseppe Garibaldi the free kick. After 31 played minutes Tacural got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Lizardi. Godofredo Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Ugutz in the 35th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonzalo Pinto made a kick off. Jaime Ugutz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godofredo Lando having to make a save. Godofredo Lando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Ugutz in the 58th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Arnaldo Ishmael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Giuseppe Garibaldi and the Tacural players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Giuseppe Garibaldi got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Ishmael. Isidro Beila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Lugo having to interfere. Jeremias Mannie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Godofredo Lando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Ugutz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giuseppe Garibaldi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gonzalo Pinto 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After 92 played minutes Giuseppe Garibaldi got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Aznar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
