Maximiliano Felo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Bidari, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 20 played minutes Trambolico fc got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Galo. Julio Bidari charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Bidari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Julio Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28th minute, Jacinto Veremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romulo Iyan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximiliano Felo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Silverio Mancio hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in El ferroviario de Junín's zone, Leon Cresconio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Ilixo came out of the goal and Leon Cresconio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El ferroviario de Junín's Robustiano Ilixo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save El ferroviario de Junín from getting a goal against them. Romulo Iyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacinto Veremundo was the one to do the kick off. If Romulo Iyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Mancio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Anacleto Mogel kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Trambolico fc getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Pastor Rito hit a great ball. Jacinto Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Romulo Iyan put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maximiliano Felo. Maximiliano Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Iyan in the 87th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Veremundo in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robustiano Ilixo saved El ferroviario de Junín from getting behind. Julio Bidari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximiliano Felo having to make a save. Maximiliano Felo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romulo Iyan went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The El ferroviario de Junín supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El ferroviario de Junín would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
