Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bartolo Herena made the kick off and thus started the match. After 6 minutes, Benito Mannuel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buenos Aires and the Don Pedro II players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Buenos Aires's Benito Mannuel got a free kick in the 7th minute. Don Pedro II's Bartolo Herena got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Herena in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Lekubegi saved Buenos Aires from getting behind. Victorino Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Victorino Primo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buenos Aires and the Don Pedro II players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victorino Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Buenos Aires's Adrian Quintun got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires's Adrian Quintun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulino Lano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Herena in the 32nd minute of play forced Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Feliciano Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Feliciano Lekubegi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 35 minutes of play, Don Pedro II's Bartolo Herena made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliciano Lekubegi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Feliberto Martxelin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Feliciano Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Don Pedro II. Feliciano Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Criston in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Bartolo Herena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Lekubegi. Buenos Aires's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Herena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Quintun was the one to do the kick off. If Yuri Batuecas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, Buenos Aires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Rudolfo to maneuver through the defense. Anastasio Chaime charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Chaime the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, one of Buenos Aires:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Buenos Aires. Yuri Batuecas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Feliciano Lekubegi made a huge save. Anastasio Chaime kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Bartolo Herena hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Bartolo Herena fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Feliciano Lekubegi. Victorino Primo made in the 83rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Melchor Fagondo however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Quintun in the 85th minute of play forced Don Pedro II's goalkeeper Paulino Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Bartolo Herena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Don Pedro II's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Herena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Don Pedro II's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
