With a left leg Ciriaco Dei saved La Patada Cubana from getting behind. Ciriaco Dei was a little too slow when Bartolo Herena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Domingo Buinton hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in La Patada Cubana's zone, Feliberto Martxelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Dei came out of the goal and Feliberto Martxelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, La Patada Cubana's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Herena came free, but Ciriaco Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Herena in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Dei saved La Patada Cubana from getting behind. Angel Mino's late challenge caught a Don Pedro II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Mino helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Mino kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes in the game, Bartolo Herena dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Bartolo Herena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Herena was the one to do the kick off. Ciriaco Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Herena, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ciriaco Dei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolo Herena went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. La Patada Cubana's Ciriaco Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Herena in the 63rd minute of play. Paulino Lano came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by La Patada Cubana's Leonardo Sedeni. But to his dismay, Leonardo Sedeni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 73rd minute, Bartolo Herena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Dei was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. With a little luck, Don Pedro II's Paulino Lano got control of the ball when Leonardo Sedeni tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Yuri Batuecas made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Dei. La Patada Cubana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Herena in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Dei saved La Patada Cubana from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Herena in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Dei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Don Pedro II's Bartolo Herena in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Patada Cubana's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Manni during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raimundo Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Bartolo Herena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Don Pedro II were the better team. Don Pedro II's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
