Benigno Froylan was a little too slow when Robustiano Primo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Olfen Rica B.R.'s Robustiano Primo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benigno Froylan. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arsenio Madaleno was the one to do the kick off. Benigno Froylan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dante Egoi's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute.
