Abelardo Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Montxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santo Tirso during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santo Tirso hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Goyeneche's Dario Belasko threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Honorio Llanos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. CASTEX's Dario Belasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Millano in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Marcos Millano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goyeneche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Millano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Joanes in the 75th minute of play forced A.F Edo. CASTEX's goalkeeper Dario Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Joanes in the 78th minute of play. Aristides Joanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dario Belasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcos Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Ortle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abelardo Frisco having to make a save. After 93 minutes, Honorio Llanos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goyeneche and the A.F Edo. CASTEX players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of A.F Edo. CASTEX booed when Goyeneche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Llanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.F Edo. CASTEX were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
