Abel Benino's late challenge caught a Mallín FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Benino helped the player get up and apologised. Abel Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Saturnino Cuarto came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobias Sotero could save by the left post. If Jesus Fagondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albino Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Baudelio having to interfere. If Timoteo Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mallín FC's Tobias Sotero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Mallín FC from getting a goal against them. Timoteo Lekubegi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Sotero having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Berenguer made a kick off. Albino Berenguer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Cuarto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Mallín FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Guerau. A collision led to Mallín FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Albino Berenguer hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Chacota FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albino Berenguer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tobias Sotero came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Chacota FC's Timoteo Lekubegi. But to his dismay, Timoteo Lekubegi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Timoteo Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Paulo Benet fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chacota FC's protests and gave Paulo Benet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mallín FC booed when Chacota FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Benet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Albino Berenguer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Baudelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Baudelio was a little too slow when Albino Berenguer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
